In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean Shakti Sangam Nexus Private Limited, and "you" means anyone who uses buzzandbond.com or books with us.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use buzzandbond.com or attend our events, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, mobile number and (optionally) email address.
- Booking and membership details: the events, tickets, slots and plans you book, amounts paid and booking references.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and reference; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Usage information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools to keep the site secure and improve it.
- Messages and feedback: anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or through reviews.
2. How we use it
- To create your account and sign you in (one-time codes are sent on WhatsApp).
- To process bookings and memberships and to send your tickets, payment receipts, reminders and important updates about your events on WhatsApp.
- To manage entry at events, handle cancellations, refunds and support requests.
- To keep the website secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To improve our events and website. We send promotional messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our service, and only as much as they need:
- Razorpay, for processing payments and refunds;
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), for sending login codes, tickets and booking updates;
- our website hosting and analytics providers;
- event hosts, who may see the names of attendees for their event;
- government or law-enforcement authorities, where required by law.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as your city), and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as signing in, may then stop working.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and booking information while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes (generally up to 8 years for payment and invoice records). After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
Your data is stored on secure servers and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to people who need it to run our service. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update your name and email under "My account". You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account (except records we must keep by law) by writing to contact@buzzandbond.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it.
8. Children
Our booking service is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian's consent.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
