Buzz & Bond is a brand of Shakti Sangam Nexus Private Limited (CIN U70200JH2026PTC027760), registered office: Moti Street, Ratu Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand – 834005, India. In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean Shakti Sangam Nexus Private Limited, and "you" means anyone who uses buzzandbond.com or books with us.
1. Event tickets
- All event tickets are non-refundable once booked. Tickets cannot be cancelled for a refund, including if you cannot attend, arrive late or do not show up.
- Please check the event, date, time, session and number of tickets carefully before you pay.
- The convenience fee and the GST on it are also non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
You will get your money back only in the situations below: if we cancel or significantly change an event (section 3), or if a payment fails or is charged twice (section 5).
3. If we cancel or change an event
- If we cancel an event, you get a full refund, including the convenience fee, or you can choose to move to another date where one is offered.
- If we significantly change the date, time or venue and you can no longer attend, you can ask for a full refund within 48 hours of our update.
4. Memberships
- All membership fees are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased it cannot be cancelled for a refund, and unused sessions or days cannot be refunded, carried over or transferred.
- Please check the plan details, slot and dates carefully before you pay.
5. Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but your booking or membership was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, the extra amount is refunded automatically and in full to the original payment method. If you do not see it within 7 working days, contact us with the payment reference.
6. When you will receive your refund
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days and sent to the original payment method (the same UPI ID, card, bank account or wallet). Depending on your bank, the amount reaches your account within 5–7 working days after processing. We cannot refund to a different account or in cash.
