Buzz & Bond is a brand of Shakti Sangam Nexus Private Limited (CIN U70200JH2026PTC027760), registered office: Moti Street, Ratu Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand – 834005, India. In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean Shakti Sangam Nexus Private Limited, and "you" means anyone who uses buzzandbond.com or books with us.
1. Our service
Buzz & Bond organises community events in Ranchi, including Book Club meetups, Music Circle sessions and other meetups, workshops and experiences, many of them at our own space, the Culture Floor. Through this website you can book tickets for events and buy memberships (for example the monthly Book Club Membership or the Music Circle Membership).
2. Your account
- You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. Keep access to your phone secure; bookings made from your account are treated as made by you.
- Please give correct details (name, mobile number, email). We use them to deliver tickets and booking updates.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or payment. Younger guests may attend only where the event allows it and with a parent or guardian's consent.
3. Bookings, prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A convenience fee (with GST on it) may be added at checkout; it is always shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- A booking is confirmed only after the payment succeeds. If money is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount is refunded automatically to the original payment method.
- Seats are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis. We may refuse or cancel a booking that was made by mistake, at an obviously wrong price, or in breach of these terms; in that case you get a full refund.
4. Memberships
- A membership gives the benefits listed on its plan card at the time you join (for example a number of meetups or sessions, a chosen slot, community group access, or Culture Floor weekday access where the plan says so).
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly memberships run for one month from the date of payment. Session packs are valid for the number of sessions stated. Unused sessions or days cannot be carried over, transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
- Culture Floor access, where included, is for reading, study and quiet work during opening hours and is subject to seat availability.
5. Tickets and entry
- Your ticket (with a QR code) is sent on WhatsApp and is always available under "My tickets" on this website. Show it at the entrance.
- A ticket is valid only for the event, date, time and ticket type shown on it. Each QR code can be used once.
- Please arrive on time. Late entry is at the host's discretion and does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
7. Changes to events
Events can occasionally change because of circumstances beyond our control. We may change the date, time, venue, host or programme of an event; we will tell you on WhatsApp as early as we can. If an event is cancelled, or changed in a way that you cannot attend, you can ask for a refund as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Conduct at our events and the Culture Floor
- Our community is built on respect. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, intoxication or damage to property is not allowed. We may ask anyone who breaks these rules to leave, without a refund, and may refuse future bookings.
- Look after your belongings; we are not responsible for loss or theft at events.
- Photos and videos may be taken at our events and used on our website and social media. If you would rather not appear, tell the host at the event or write to us and we will avoid using images of you.
9. Website content
The Buzz & Bond name, logo, text, photos and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, access other people's accounts or book tickets with automated tools.
10. Limitation of liability
We take care in organising our events, but you take part at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
