In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean Shakti Sangam Nexus Private Limited, and "you" means anyone who uses buzzandbond.com or books with us.
We do not ship physical goods
Buzz & Bond sells tickets for events and community memberships. These are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped by courier or post, and there are no shipping charges.
Event tickets
- As soon as your payment succeeds, your booking is confirmed and your ticket with a QR code is sent to your mobile number on WhatsApp, usually within a few minutes.
- The ticket is also always available under "My tickets" on buzzandbond.com, after signing in with the same mobile number.
- Show the QR code at the entrance of the event (on your phone or printed).
Memberships
- Your membership is activated immediately after payment. Its details, including your chosen slot and validity, appear under "My account → Membership", and a confirmation is sent on WhatsApp.
- Membership benefits are delivered at our events and at the Culture Floor in Ranchi, as described on the plan.
Didn't receive your ticket?
First check "My tickets" on the website. If your booking is not there within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will sort it out the same day. If a booking cannot be confirmed, the payment is refunded in full (see our Cancellation & Refund Policy).
Events
Events take place at the venue and time shown on your ticket, mostly at the Culture Floor in Ranchi. Please check the event page for the address and any updates before you set out.
